We were able to secure coverage for an adult day care center that was being non-renewed due to a car accident. This is particularly noteworthy because:

- Through a comprehensive review of coverages and exposures, you identified ways to reduce costs
- Our efforts resulted in $20,000 in premium savings for the client
IT Consulting Firm
We helped meet complex coverage requirements for an IT consulting client:
- The client needed $10 million in aggregate coverage
- Their existing carrier couldn't provide the necessary excess coverage.
- I put in considerable time and effort to meet all excess requirements
- We were able to successfully secure the high coverage limits that were required.
Our ability to solve these challenging insurance scenarios demonstrates our expertise and dedication to finding solutions for our clients. As I noted, it may not always be easy, but our persistence and knowledge allow us to navigate difficult situations effectively.
I began my career in insurance February 2015 as a Group Health Administrator & Benefits Coordinator and because I am Bilingual, I was promoted to Director of Group Health Enrollments that same year. I accepted an additional position as the Commercial Insurance Broker June of 2015.
While at James Zander I formed many lasting relationships with customers, underwriters, market representatives and especially with my co-workers / friends. Each and every one that I mentioned helped me grow in my career and I am very grateful to them especially that one customer/friend that gave me feedback on my shoes. They know who they are, so I won't mention them by name.
I want to give special mention to James Zander who brought me into the Insurance Business. James was my friend, my mentor, and my rock. I am forever grateful to him for everything. James and my family are the main reason for me starting my own agency in 2022.
